About the Gym

Body Basics is a workout facility. My goal is to increase the strength and agility of all my clients through the proper and consistent use of free weights and fitness machines.

Certified personal trainers train a maximum of three clients per hour on an appointment basis only. There are no memberships or contracts to sign. I operate on a monthly basis. I don't want the individual feeling trapped or bound to the gym. I understand that not everybody is a perfect match for certain trainers. This is why I want the individual to be able to leave if he or she is not happy with my services.

What I Provide
  • Personal & Attentive Training
  • Train in groups of no more than three clients per trainer
  • Training is available for two, three, or four times per week
  • Customized programs designed for your needs
  • Individualized programs are revised every 6 to 8 weeks

  • General dietary counseling
  • Out of Gym self workouts
  • Team training (groups at group rates)
  • I offer circuit training on Saturdays for people who want a fast paced workout.
