About the Gym
Body Basics is a workout facility. My goal is to increase the strength and agility of all my clients through the proper and consistent use of free weights and fitness machines. Certified personal trainers train a maximum of three clients per hour on an appointment basis only. There are no memberships or contracts to sign. I operate on a monthly basis. I don't want the individual feeling trapped or bound to the gym. I understand that not everybody is a perfect match for certain trainers. This is why I want the individual to be able to leave if he or she is not happy with my services. What I Provide
