Credentials and Experience

  • B.S. in exercise Science, Arizona State University 1998.

  • While attending A.S.U. I volunteered for 8 months at John C. Lincoln Hospital Outpatient Clinic. I worked closely with Physical Therapists rehabilitating clients with shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, and foot injuries.

  • I worked as a substitute trainer at Gold's Gym in Chandler Arizona.

  • I served in the U.S. Army for three glorious years. The military training and exercises were some of the hardest and most grueling regimes for both mind and body. It was a great example of how not to train the everyday person.

  • I have been a certified strength and conditioning specialist (C.S.C.S.) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A.) since 1998.

  • I have worked out of Body Basics Workout Facility since April of 1999. My clients, both male and female, have ranged from 9 to 83. I have also trained a youth soccer team consisting of 14 athletes.
